Our client is one of Hong Kong’s leading law firms with offices in the Asia Pacific area.  They have a sizable and well established I.T. department and are looking for a driven individual to join their Service Desk Team and provide high level 1st and 2nd tier support to their internal users at their Hong Kong Headquarters.  

The successful candidate should possess good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. If needed, candidates will be required to work with other team members to provide an alternative solution and ensure that the requests are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.  

Responsibilities include:

• Log all requests and resolutions the firm’s ticketing system
• Provide basic guidance and support to users 
• Escalate calls in timely fashion if and when necessary 
• Be involved in the implementation of new projects when necessary

Requirements:

• Good communication, organization and administrative skills
• 2+ years working experience in helpdesk/service desk support roles
• Strong in Windows desktop and Microsoft environments
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
