Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Process investment phone orders including FX Linked, Mutual Fund, ELI/ELN and bond
- Process IPQ over the phone
- Perform various branch support functions e.g. Return Check and TT follow up, KYC renewal
- Handle internal enquiries from branches
- Perform administrative duties of branch support team
Requirements:
- Process the licence/qualification for selling insurance and investment services
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Courteous, pleasant and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task
- At least 2 years customer service experience in bank industry. Post secondary diploma or University degree with less experience will be accepted
- Proficiency in PC software, i.e. Words and Excel
