Job Descriptions:

• Process investment phone orders including FX Linked, Mutual Fund, ELI/ELN and bond
• Process IPQ over the phone
• Perform various branch support functions e.g. Return Check and TT follow up, KYC renewal
• Handle internal enquiries from branches
• Perform administrative duties of branch support team

Requirements:

• Process the licence/qualification for selling insurance and investment services
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Courteous, pleasant and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task
• At least 2 years customer service experience in bank industry.  Post secondary diploma or University degree with less experience will be accepted
• Proficiency in PC software, i.e. Words and Excel
