Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all round secretarial & administrative support to the Director
• Take charge in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Prepare invoices, monthly cashflow statement
• Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Liaise with forwarder and customer and handles I/E shipping documents
• Participate in inventory data management
• Manage travel arrangement and itinerary
• Assists in ad hoc project administration support

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma holder in related disciplines
• 5 - 8 years relevant experience in secretarial and administration field
• Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
• Mature, pleasant, responsible, well-organized, meticulous with details and accuracy, flexible and with professional manner, able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of Mac applications will be advantageous
