Responsibilities:

• To be involved in the design, development and implementation of customer analytical solutions
• To take ownership of the customer segmentation and targeting to further our customer understanding and to maximize our revenue
• To perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis, providing future recommendations
• To implement strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking and evaluation.
• To work closely with the loyalty program team to analyse member purchase behaviour, spending patterns and system enhancement plans

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing/Statistics/Information System discipline
• 3-4 years experience in related field, luxury retail or retail experience is an advantage
• Experience in database marketing, reporting and data manipulation
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (with experience in Business Object and Siebel is an advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
