Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and work closely with sales team for sales ordering process
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with partners, clients, overseas office to keep updated delivery status and ensure on-time delivery
  • Responsible for daily logistics operations including checking of stock availability, fulfilment (if necessary), prepare shipment documents, prepare reports to client
  • Communicate and maintain good relationship with client
  • Supporting on company administrative duties
  • Assist any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above in any discipline
  • 1 year relevant working experience in logistics industry is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude, responsible and willing to learn
  • Can work independent and in a team
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
