Main Responsibilities:-

• Supervise both inbound and outbound sales teams in order to achieve the assigned sales target for Credit Card, Card Installment Loan & Unsecured Personal Loan by managing the telemarketing activities & monitoring sales productivity as well as service quality of the team
• Ensure all applications-by-phone are properly handled and meeting all service quality standard
• Monitor the daily operation of the team and ensure smooth workflow in a timely & effective manner
• Review all sales scripts and provide feedback
• Plan and allocate telesales manpower to support marketing programs and initiatives
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments (e.g., Product Team) to drive and deliver different sales campaigns
• Assist the Vice President on the implementation of Business Plan for attaining the target results
• Recommend workable ideas for improvement in streamlining workflow & procedures as well as increasing productivity & service level
• Recruit, motivate and develop Telemarketing Sales Representatives within the team by providing regular guidance, counselling and training 

Requirements:-

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years’ sales / telesales management experience, preferably in credit card / consumer banking (at least 3 years at managerial level for sizable operations)
• Aggressive, result-oriented, good leadership & interpersonal skills and able to motivate staff in order to achieve sales target
• Proficient in telemarketing skills and able to understand the success formula for frontline staff
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Basic PC skills
