Job Description

• Responsible for the overall production, quality and operation functions of the factory
• At least 10 years management experience in plastic injection factory operation and production
• Executes system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, control production quality and maintain effective communications among different departments
• Manage compliance of ISO, FDA, ICTI
• Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills
• Take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory and ensures good relationships among the workers
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Fluent in Mandarin, good in English and report writing
• Based in South China factory

Education

Expected to have at least a bachelor’s degree.

Trainings in managerial skills and years of experience in management are a plus
