Responsibilities :  

• Handle day to day clients liaison matters efficiently –understand brief requirements, accurate deliver client’s requests and needs

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing various projects in a timely manner

• Require to work with both internal and external parties of all levels

• To build up and maintain a positive and lasting relationships with clients

• Assist Account Director on day to day tasks and manage individual projects under AD supervision

• Participate in creative brainstorm, content writing and proof reading

Requirements : 

•  Degree holder in marketing, communications, advertising

• At least 1 years account servicing experience in ad agencies or production houses

• Energetic, proactive, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure and long hours, manage priorities for multiple tasks set by the client in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational & communication skills and strong business sense

• Proficient computer skills : MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Experience in Chinese and English copy writing is an advantage

• Familiar in graphic and production will be a plus. Immediate available preferred
