Responsibilities:

• Prepare sustainability or ESG reporting, including stakeholder engagement activities;
• Study the business scope of the clients;
• Prepare information request list through an online database to collect necessary information for reporting;
• Organize and present the data collected based on the guidelines of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the form of professional report;
• Perform evaluation on listed companies in Hong Kong and Singapore based on ESG factors;
• Prepare advisory report on ESG’s KPI management;
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and attend meeting; and
• High caliber candidate may also be trained and assigned to take up financial and investment analysis based on ESG’s KPI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental Studies (engineering, science or management), or other relevant disciplines;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• University students are welcome for part time role (two working day per week is preferred);
• Demonstrable knowledge in ESG report and/or sustainability reporting;
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin: both spoken and written are essential;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to establish/maintain good relationship with clients;
• Relevant professional qualification will be advantageous.
