Responsibilities:

• To assist Leasing Team on daily operation for a portfolio of premises
• Data-entry, maintain and assist in preparing reports;
• Responsible for handling customers’ enquiries and tenancy administration etc.
• Assist in issuance of invoices and receipts
• Perform general administrative and clerical works
• Occasional outdoor duty may be required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience, preferably in property leasing and/ or tenancy administration field
• Diploma or above in business or property related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Words & Excel), previous experiences in portfolio management system e.g. Flex is preferred.
• Cheerful, Stable, well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
