Responsibilities:

• Performing database administration to ensure integrity, availability, security and resolve database related problems.
• Installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching Microsoft SQL, Oracle database or IBM DB2
• Monitoring, maintaining, and tuning database system.
• Provide database support and trouble-shooting

Requirement:

• University degree in computer related field with at least 4 or above years of I.T. working experience
• With 2 years or above hands on experience in Database administration
• Knowledge of high availability features setup such as MS SQL Always On or Oracle RAC, Data Guard service
• Hands on experience on database upgrade
• Certified with MS SQL / Oracle professional has definite advantage
• Knowledge in UNIX and Linux environment is a plus
• A good team player and eager to learn new technology
