Responsibilities:

• 協助公司在深圳A股上市
• Ability to produce and present professional management reports/presentations
• Review and improve internal control proce 
• Responsible for factory manufacturing accounts 
• Monitor and view commercial issues in terms of costs, budgets and individual profit center performances
• Continuous to improve the internal control system to ensure the maximum operational profit. Identify new approaches and challenges old assumptions
• Deal with tax authorities to meet the minimum tax requirements
• Handle full set of PRC manufacturing accounting, Financial and Management Report,
• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Previous experience for issuePRC listed companies PREFERRED;
• Station in Shunde
• Qualified accountant with membership of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years accounting experiences in manufacturing background / export sector
• Solid financial control experience gained from sizable manufacturing companies in PRC;
• Familiar with the accounting standards, tax regulations and legal issues in HK and PRC
• Strong analytical mindset; excellent problem solving; delegation skills and strong management senses
• Must have strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Good communication with PRC’ staff
• IPO experience is a MUST
