The incumbent will be responsible for assisting to prepare reports and maintain financial documents and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Full set book keeping, prepare and analyze monthly management reports
• Coordinate with PRC & overseas finance team for month end closing
• Handle payment process in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial analysis
• Assist in consolidation and preparation of financial statements
• Manage relevant matters of real estate projects in accounting aspect
• Liaise with external parties during statutory audit and tax filing
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Member or finalist of recognized professional accountancy bodies (HKICPA, ACCA) is preferred
• 3 to 6 years relevant experience in accounting / auditing
• Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with accounting system applications
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Mature and tactful, organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is desirable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
