Responsibilities:  

• Formulating and excuting the buying strategy and budget proposals;
• Work close with the team on OTB for every seasonal buy; 
• Review, prepare and execute seasonal buying plan; 
• Work closely with the operation team to achieve financial target, including brand sales, gross margin and inventory level; 
• Monitor merchandising flow, analyze market trends and sales performance; 
• Coordinate with stores and retail operations on stock movement including allocation, replenishment and consolidation; 
• Provide product training for the operation/retail team.

 Requirement: 

• Diploma or degree holder, preferably in related fields;
• At least 1-2 years merchandising experience in fashion/retail industry;
• Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Strong communication and interperosnal skill;
• Good numerical sense and analytical mind;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
