Responsibilities:

We look for an entrepreneurial person to provide leadership for developing and growing the counseling team in the provision of personalized boarding and college admission advisory services to students in the age range of 13-18 who are Hong Kong or mainland China originated. You will also be ambitious enough to develop our business to the next level in Hong Kong and into the mainland China.

Requirements:

• Value based character and visionary
• Visible leadership achievements and strategic thinking
• Passionate to learn about and work with young people
• Demosntrable track record in US, UK and Canada education advisory
• Life and youth coaching experiences are highly preferred
• Gradaute from an overseas college that you are proud of
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years of leadership role
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Experience in the China market is a plus
• Strong business flair and an acheiver

Compensation:

• Starting from $40K+ p.m. plus discretionary bonus
• High potential candidate will be considered admission to the partnership upon proven commitment and contribution
