Responsibilities:

• Propose effective and relevant marketing initiatives and strategies to promote the corporate image and goodwill.
• Develop and explore new clients in construction field.
• Track construction projects in the new and renovation market. Update and implement product specifications in tender documents.
• Analysis of business opportunities for the building and construction industry, such as market statistics, target customers, market competition and market trends.
• Prepare analysis reports, presentations and business proposal.
• Develop and lead Business Development and Marketing Team, identify customer requirements and cultivate customer relationships.
• Co-ordinate with Sales Team, explore all possible opportunities to raise customer/market awareness through, promotion activities, press release, advertising and public relations.
• Administration and organization of events, seminars and other publicity activities.
• Manage content on intranet for corporate information.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Journalism or any other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the field of building and construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills and good connection with architects, surveyors or property management companies is preferred.
• Experience in event-marketing, production of website and marketing collateral is required.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Competent in MS Office and other publishing software.
• Meticulous, able to work multi-task and excellent organizational skills.
• Mature, proactive, independent, aggressive and self-motivated.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Business Development and Marketing Manager.
