Hang Seng Bank Limited is an insurance agent authorized by regulated insurers, which provide wide range of life insurance, medical insurance and general insurance services for different segment of customers. With our all-round enrolment channels, there is great potential for further growth. We are currently seeking a candidate to join our department as Services Support Officer.
Principal Responsibilities

Provide quality reception service and greet customers at the office reception counter

Handle customer enquiries and policy service requests such as life insurance claims

Manage payment or settlement transactions

Perform administrative duties and other assignments as assigned
Requirements
-
With at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Qualifications of HKFI will be an advantage

Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
