Job Description

l   Develop new market and explore new business with quality business profile, especially in Mainland China.

l   Organize desk research and make out company strategy

l   Identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers.

l   Coordinates and negotiates with other departments to implement marketing initiatives.

l   Responsible for maintaining close relationship with existing clients. 

l   Involve on-job training program on different aspects, including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients; communication skills; leadership and coaching skills.
