Job Description:

• To check quotation, sample breakdown checklist, test result and test reports in accordance with related safety standards and specific chemical safety requirements in worldwide

• To monitor test project status and ensure the smooth running of assigned projects

• To support the team to advise and make decision on the consumer product testing enquiry 

• To work closely with internal departments and branch offices, also with local and Retails clients

• To assist supervisor with handling customers’ enquiries

• To assist supervisor to provide training and supervise for the junior staff

• To assist sales team and Business Lines for marketing, sales activities and provide training to external client if neccessary

• To perform other duties as required

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Sciences, or other disciplines

• 4-5 years working experience in commercial laboratory

• Good knowledge in EU, Germany, US chemical requirements is required

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Putonghua

• Proficiency in PC operation, excellent in MS words & Excel

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team and customer orientated

• Immediate available is preferred
