Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil/Building Engineering or equivalent;
• A minimum of 10 years’ planning and programming experience in field of design and construction management in roles on consultant and contractor side, at least 8 years on-site planning, programming and reporting experiences;
• Extensive skills in programming, controlling and monitoring multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, producing significant pre-construction deliverables, project controlling tools and progress reports;
• Previous experience of project(s) in which the applicant can demonstrate a high level of monitoring and reporting similar to public utilities or government contracts.
• Familiar with local government submission procedures, experience in assessing the potential risk or delay and time implication during the project life cycle;
• Good understanding and management of model project planning/ scheduling, monitoring, controlling and reporting software and techniques;
• The collaboration with bim team 4D modelling to present to clients
• Extensive construction planning and Production of detailed planning analysis, resourcing and methodology;
• Proven track record in team management;
• Experience in risk management not limited to IAS and interface management;
• Good presentation skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and/or Cantonese;
• The Project Senior Planning Manager shall be stationed full time on Site;
• Less experience on the above mentioned will be considered for the position of Planning Manager.
