Building Service Engineer / E&M Engineer (All Level)
One of engineering company is urgently looking for Building Services / E&M Engineer (All Level)(Electrical) (HVAC ) (Fire) (P&D).
As an Building services engineer / E&M Engineer you will work closely with a wide variety of different disciplines – from architects, through designers to the technical and financial side of the projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience of Building services or E&M engineering.
- Assist in planning and procurement activities
- Ensuring the work is executed on site to a high safety and quality standard.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines;
- At least 3 years' relevant experience facilities planning, installation and maintenance, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors;
- Strong safety awareness;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with clients and business partners.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
