Packaging Factory Merchandiser

Responsibilities:-

• Knowledge in production capacity planning / vendor management, leading to costing analysis and negotiations with factories
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with vendors and internal departments
  
• Manage production/capacity planning and materials planning and drive production team to ensure on-time delivery
  
• Optimize the production resource utilization and production lot size to ensure cost effectiveness and maximize production output
  
• Take proactive actions and corrective plans to handle delays or drag-in orders to ensure zero shipment delay
  
• Drive team members to do preventive maintenance and optimize buffer stocks for production services parts to minimize production capacity loss due to machine/equipment breakdown
• Prepare analysis to drive for continuous improvement, monthly report on PMC performance and achievement , provide statistics as required
  

Requirements:-

• At least 5 years solid merchandising experience in Swim, goggle/mask/snorkel/swim fins related product packaging experience
  
• Highly responsible, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated to meet all the work in deadline
  
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
  
• Good knowledge in MS Office, such as MS Outlook, Words, Excel, Power point, Chinese word processing
  
• Experience in working for international toys brands is an advantage
  

Packaging Designer

• Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator and MAC
• Preferably with knowledge in printing production, packaging graphic design.
• Able to work from creative concept to final output file
• Work under pressure, efficient and fast art working skills, take responsibility for projects
• Good command of English and Mandarin is desirable
