Job responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies to gain business and market shares
• Maintain good relationship with all clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle product development including offering advice to client, follow up with costing and sampling
• Prepare meetings, proposals, quotations and presentations to potential customers
• Liaise with internal departments for sampling, orders, lead-time and follow up
• Contact with UK head office and other global offices both by phone and emails.
• Deal with customer complaint by providing solutions and recommending ideas for improvement
• Liaise with merchandisers to ensure same level of service is carried throughout entire order
• Attend/ host internal meetings to discuss existing problems and find solutions

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Business Management/ Sales & Marketing/ Textiles & Garment
• Minimum 10 years of working experience of which at least 5 years in management
• Labeling/ Packaging/ Printing background is preferable
• Strong communication skills, confident, energetic, proactive,self driven and highly motivated
• Strong planning and organization skills with analytical and innovative mindset
• Able to work alone and in a team and also under tight deadline and pressure
• Able to co-ordinate sales order from start to end
• Able to prepare and host meetings and conferences
• Occasional regional  travel required
• Excellent in both oral and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
