Duties: 

• Internal Control (Management / Set up Regulations)
• Contract Management
• Development of Internal Use application
• Maintenance and support of existing system
• Administration of file servers and networking
• Technical support to end-users
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Investment plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• As a coordinator between Japan, HK and China

 Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in information technology or computer science or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Windows server, and MS SQL Server networking
• Knowledge in SAP System
• Good knowledge in PC skills (Excel / Word)
• Knowledge in Japanese is preferable
• Immediately available is preferred
