Job Description :

• To lead the engineering team and manage the overall engineering functions
• To assess and effectively analyze the current production process and control
• To assess the effectiveness of the technology, machines and manpower allocation
• To manage new product development and production, and assure the product quality
• To evaluate new equipment and provide training and support to various engineering and production departments
• To understand customer’s expectation in cycle time & production requirement and support sales team to suggest & commit customers
• To perform failure analysis and provide improvement solutions

Requirements :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in process development and engineering management
• preferable in Semiconductor and Leadframe industry
• Capable of analyzing and resolving problems in daily production and assuring the quality of products
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationship with staff of all ranks
• Effective time and task management
• Strong self-management and motivation skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Stationed in Dong Guan is required
• Available for overseas business trip if needed
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Manager
