Under Corporate Travel Department with essential duties to handle day-to-day travel arrangement enquiries for our prestigious corporate clients. In providing quality customer services, applicant must with strong skills to build and maintain excellent relationship with clients and offer professional personal / leisure travel services as appropriate.

Requirements: 

•   Secondary level or above  
•   Minimum 6 years’relevant experience
•   Experience in providing travel services to international company corporate clients
•   Excellent operational knowledge i.e. GDS, hotel reservations, fares and basic ticketing
•   Proficiency in MS Office; Sabre and Travelport
•   Experience in other reservation systems will be an advantage
•   Good English language skills and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
•   Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
•   Proactive, independent and customer service orientation.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for another position of Travel Consultant
