• Handling guest arrival with pick up request and arrange the transportation
• Assist with guest luggage when required
• At least 2 years’ working experience preferably in hotel or in airport
• Experience in customer servicing
• Polite, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua preferred
