Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Finance, a strategic advisor role where you would be responsible for the company’s supply of products and service, strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers
• Prepare new contract, review the existing SOPs to find the best ways to control the procurement expenses
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Perform risk management and audit for supply contracts and agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, candidate with paralegal background preferred
• Previous working experience with government/statutory bodies, mass transportation system preferred
• Strong commercial sense and analytical skill, team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
