Job Description

The Job

  • Draft press releases and handle the copywriting for Hotel's facilities like Rooms, Spa and F&B collaterals (e.g. bi-monthly brochure, eDM, poster, flyer, etc.)
  • Build, develop and maintain a good media relationship and conduct interview / arrange photo-shoot for positive media coverage; arrange hotel tour / site inspection for media / brand partners if necessary.
  • Handle administrative works (e.g. issue PR, handle invoice, weekly clipping report, etc)
  • Arrange internal photo-shoot with in-house photographer & concerned departments (e.g. Chefs, F&B outlets, etc) for production of marketing collaterals, occasionally translation service is needed at the spot.

The Requirement

  • Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Hospitality or any other job related field 
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience in PR / communication field, experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments
  • Proficient with office application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
