Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and help desk services (application and infrastructure)
- Work with Customer Service team to analyze, identify root cause to problems and provide solution to customers in the shortest time
- Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
- Assist in hardware/software/ network monitoring, maintenance, installation and deployment tasks
- Shift duty is required
Required Experience/Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing application/system support to clients
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill
- Hands on technical support and implementation experience in MS Windows Server/Linux environment, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, Java
- MCDBA holder preferred
- Previous experience in supporting time critical financial application or knowledge in Bullion/Forex market is highly preferable
- Must be responsible, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong team player and able to work under pressure and devoted to excellence
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
