A leading retail group with business in Hong Kong and China is seeking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead the application and development team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to IT Director and lead sizable IT team in supporting application system and IT projects.
• Manage project delivery life cycle. Define project risk, prepare contingencies and imitation plan, quality assurance report, monitor project roll out.
• Ensure project is working within proposed budget and timelines.
• Communicate with each business unit managers to develop system requirements.
• Provide solution analysis and advice to business units and deliver IT solutions to address business needs.
• Negotiate with vendors on contracts. Communicate closely to ensure successful completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• At least 8 years experience in application system and development, as well as project management.
• Strong leadership skills. Experience in leading team.
• Good knowledge in Oracle, SAP or other ERP system.
• Proficient in Project Management methodologies. Capable to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Certified PMP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel to China.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
