Job Description

In your new role you will
Responsible for the overall customer care service satisfaction in HK,Macau And TW.
Lead customer care  to provide the proactive service in 24*7 fashion.
Ensure the timely HCIS project implementation with high customer satisfactions.
Follow the service operation procedures,such as effective preventive maintenance
Perform system upgrade
Collect the new requirements from customers and deliver new features/solutions by working with R&D.
Work closely with L3 and R&D for service escalation tracking and solution delivery.
Develop customer care team members' potentials,enhance team technical competency and monitor team member performance.
Manage service P/L.

As a successful candidate you will be

Degree or above in IT or related majors.
5Y+ medical IT service experience is prefered.
Proven Project Management skills.
Solid IT Background with knowledge in database management,windows server and etc.
Possible overtime is required
Able to work under pressures with proactiveness.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirits.
Proven leadership skills.
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
