Job Description:

• Responsible to act as a bridge between users and software developers, to understand the business requirements from users
• Work with business users to elicit and define user requirements through the use of the most appropriate methods, and translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management of client expectations
• Perform business analysis to create documentations and analysis on IT requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for any system enhancements and training workshops for users
• Document business procedures and user manual
• Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedule and executes the project in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Technology
• 2 years experience in Business Analysis role
• Working experience in banking industry is preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with proactive mindset
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with people in all levels
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
