Job Description:

• Provide production support for multiple systems running on AIX, Linux and Windows platforms
• Provide IT security support for various projects and systems, such as develop and maintain the departmental IT security guidelines and policies, conduct security review, etc.
• Liaise with users and vendors for requirement study, implementation and on-going support activities
• Involve in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for implementation of new and upgrade projects
• Prepare technical specification and evaluation for new or upgrade projects
• Perform technical trouble shooting;
• Participate in IT security assessment and audit exercise
• Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years solid experience in management and implementation on IT project related to system related tasks and matters
• At least 2 years of solid experience in providing technical support on Linux (Redhat) and AIX server administration
• At least 2 years of solid working experience in RDBMS administration, MySQL and Oracle / Sybase administration
• At least 2 year of solid working experience in IT security management
• With experience / knowledge in technical support on HACMP or WebSphere are desirable
• Strong communication skills with management, development teams and vendors
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Working experience in conducting security risk assessment and audit, handling of security incidents and IT security scanning is preferable
• Holder of CISSP, CCSE and CCSA is preferable
