The Job:

• Ensure the smooth implementation and timely support of IT services on IP Telephony, networks, Virtualization platform and Windows Servers.
• Define application system needs and perform system design for maintaining a reliable and desktop and network services.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend cost effective IT solutions.
• Perform vendor and contract management.
• Provide expert services to user departments in a professional and customer focused manager.
  
  
  

The Person:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a sizeable organization.
• Experience in network infrastructure implementation and disaster recovery preferred.
• Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wireless Network, IP telephony, IVRS, VMware platform, MS SQL Server and Windows.
• Strong communications skills. Be a self starter and able to work under pressure.
