Our Client is looking for a Test Lead to be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level L1/N1)

Skills Required/Responsibilities:

• Formulate, define and document complex business requirements and associated system specifications
• Configuring Sales Cloud prototypes during design, and assisting with implementation configuration and roll-out
• Working closely with development teams to design, build and test applications
• Providing direction for system enhancements and defect fixes
• Presenting ideas and information in group settings
• Prioritizing of critical deadlines and multi-tasking across projects
• Interacting with all levels of management
• Work with Salesforce Developers to communicate requirements for APEX coding
• Provide detailed documentation to both the business and developer teams
• Assist with outlining level of effort on development and new functionality
