Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with customer, engineer, and project manager to implement CRM and call center solution 
• Assist in user requirements analysis and system design 
• Participate in system development, testing, documentation, training, and implementation
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance 

Requirements: 
• Degree holder in Computer Science or a equivalent discipline 
• Minimum 3 years solid mobile application and web application
• Hands on experience in design and development of multi-tier application 
• Hands on experience in mobile application
• Hands on experience in web application 
• Strong system analytical skill and architectural design ability 
• Good problem solving skill 
• Knowledge and experience of HTML5, AJAX, Web Services and Reporting Services is an advantage 
• Knowledge and experience of CRM and call center system is an advantage 
• Well organized and have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Responsible, self motivated, flexible and with detailed mind 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
