Responsibilities:

• Prepares and conducts professional presentations and demonstrations to clients and partners, be responsible for software evaluation, training and documentation;
• Obtains client’s requirements and proposes the best-fit solution to client;
• Participates in project implementation and provides consulting services to clients including training, business requirement analysis, system testing, support and maintenance;
• Provides customer training and support.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent;
• 1-2 years IT related working experience;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Application Consultant / Engineer;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
