Job Summary:   

Lead a team and performs a variety of product and technical support functions inclusive but not limited to: pre/post-sales support, research and solution design

Responsibilities:

• Participates in solution pre-sales, demonstration, presentation and proposal preparation
• Assist Sales teams and suppliers with pre-sales technical solutions
• Solution design and project implementation
• Participates in products or solutions training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence
• Resolve project issues and perform monitoring and control of project activities
• Identify and develop relationships with all key technical decision makers and influencers in each project
• Assist in determining the feasibility of proposal, conferring with customers and Sales team to clarify and/or resolve problem
• Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to team members
• Assist Senior Manager to monitor the team performance
• Travel to Macau may be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences / related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience and at least 3 years in Supervisory role
• Experience in SAN, Security and Cloud Solution
• Experience on pre-sales support activities (e.g. technical proposal preparation, demonstration and presentation)
• Experience managing complex project and solution integration
• MCSE, Certified Linux Professional, CCNA or CCNP, CISSP
• Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership skill
• Excellent communication skill of English and Cantonese
