Job Duties: 

1. Analyze the market and customers’ needs
2. Collect, integrate and analyze industry’s data and competitive products
3. Suggest the direction and products’ need according to the projects. Discuss about techniques and user interface, then design a detail and operational proposal
4. Compose reports, follow up the design of user interface, technology development, conduct quality assurance test, issue products, cooperate resources, and control the quality and progress
5. Participate in operation progress, marketing, and adjust the requirements based on specific projects in order to continuing optimization
6. Coordinate and lead the technology development teams until the projects are completed.

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years or above working experience related to PC, internet and applications 
2. Passion, creative, innovative, and able to work under stress
3. Familiar with the whole procedure of internet and customers’ goods (software).
4. Have a sharp insight about current market,  strict logical analytical, good communication skills and cooperation abilities, and good technical understanding 
5. Complete the design of products and compose the reports independently, including Azure, Visio and paper work. Good at sharing ideas will be an advantage
6. With production management experience of mobile applications will be an advantage.
