Job Purpose

Design and develop application programs to address business needs and to provide technical support in the development and maintenance of application software and products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs.
• Develop, test, install, maintain and modify computer programs.
• Design application software and verify delivered results.
• Ensure development work follows department standards and guidelines.
• Ensure the software development progress according to schedule and participate in program development when necessary to meet the predefined development schedule.
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the Bank.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience in application software development with 2-3 years in system analysis
• Exposure to multiple computer platforms
• Experience in workflow automation projects is important
• Practical experience in JAVA, .NET, MSSQL, WebSphere, MQ
• Good communication and project management skills
