Job Duties

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Maintain system security and backup strategies
• Provide helpdesk support solutions
• Liaise with vendors and other IT professional
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years working experiences in infrastructure and end user support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server and workstation installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Active Directory – Domain Services, common email and MS Exchange protocols and DNS services
• Knowledge in web programming (HTML, CSS3) would be an advantage
• Self-motivated,  good communication and interpersonal skill and good team player
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
• Immediately available is preferable
• Candidates with high diploma and above with relevant experiences will also be considered
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
