Our client, an award-winning US Fintech company, is looking for an Implementation Consultant. This role works closely with clients in APAC to implement the systems/solutions, provide training and ongoing support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system implementation projects for clients in the APAC region
• Provide ongoing support to facilitate ongoing operations with business partners
• Measure project progress against client expectations and established timeline, assesses issues and implements countermeasures
• Plan and execute training for users, including systems administration and daily and periodic processes and reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (IT, Management, Finance, etc)
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented; Ability to identify the needs of the customer and define alternative solutions
• Capable of learning quickly and working independently
• Excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin
