Job Summary:

This role is to provide oversight and governance of IT risk and security for the FWD Business Units in Hong Kong to achieve robust and appropriate protection for the business.  His/her main responsibility is to serve as the security process owner, handling all the IT risk and security related issues and providing guidance and assistance to ensure on-going activities/integration meets IT security standards and local regulatory requirements.

The Job:

• Ensure that baseline security are being carried out periodically according to the Security Policies and Standards, such as security patching and vulnerability scanning
• Conduct periodic security compliance checks and reviews, such as user access review
• Conduct investigation on security incidents and ensure appropriate actions are being taken
• Conduct regular security awareness training and communications for the user community

The Person:

• 1-2 years working experience in implementing IT security controls, preferably in Financial Institutions
• Degree from Information Technology or equivalent
• Technical skills on IT security with hands-on experience on security tools (e.g. application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, firewalls, data encryption, etc.)
• Good oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• General understanding on mobile/ web applications, database, IT infrastructure/ network, IP telephony and their associated security risks
