Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition.
• Drive business and market intelligence for the studio.
• Develop sustainable and reliable market intelligence strategies and best practices.
• Compile information into actionable items and easily digestible reports and presentations.
• Interpret data and make relevant recommendations.
• Provide competitive analysis on competitor products, market trends, strategies and models.
• Maintain a deep insight of user preferences and behavior, competition and market trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Economics; related disciplines; or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in the game or technology industry preferred.
• Strong writing and brainstorming skills.
• Strong time management, organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates creativity, passion and independence.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and fast typing skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as a Market Analyst.
