Role Objective / Purpose

The role of Technical Specialistis responsible for handling day-to-day auto-reporting tasks and VBA programming on enhancing the efficiency of existing manual work flow.

Role & Responsibilities:

Auto Reporting

• Power Point Report Template

1. Data Source to Power Point
2. Tabulation Source to Power Point

• Excel Report Template

1. Data Source to Excel
2. Tabulation Source to Excel

Sampling Preparation

• De-duplication
• Formatting

 Manual Task Automation

• VBA script development
• Workflow Enhancing

 Others

• Dimensions Technical Support
• Data Manipulate Solution
• Support Data Processing

Qualification：

• Degree holder in Statistics / Computer Science / Information System or related discipline
• Good analytical and presentation skills with strong data mining sense
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese

Knowledge (including general and IPSOS specific knowledge)：

• Preferably with knowledge on market research and any statistical software
• Knowledge of VBA, SPSS, SAS is an asset
• Skillful in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Skill (including technical and people skill)：

• Accurate, average typing speed, with good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good analytical skills

Other Requirements

• Attentive to details with high degree of accuracy
• Organized, responsible and able to work to deadlines
• Team player and able to work independent and under pressure
• Fresh graduate with good potential will also be considered
