Reporting to the Chief Auditor, the incumbent will lead a team of IT auditors to cover the IT Audit portfolio of the Bank.  Specifically he/she will:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead audit assignments/control assessments involving Information Technology (IT) applications and infrastructure controls to ascertain control effectiveness and provide recommendations for areas of improvements;
• Lead project reviews of critical IT development programmes to ascertain adequacy of project and change management processes for effective implementation;
• Manage audit relationship with IT units to assess the associated risks;
• Track and follow up open audit/regulatory issues related to IT to ascertain that they are timely and satisfactorily rectified;
• Develop and coach audit staff in IT Audit;
• Drive digitalization and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) development in Internal Audit

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT related disciplines;
• At least 8 years’ experience in IT Audit/Risk Management of financial institutions;
• IT Audit qualifications such as CISA, CISM or CISSP;
• Experience of conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration test for cyber security;
• Sound understanding of project management and practice;
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements;
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good report writing skills in Chinese and English;
• Experience of managing CAATs development
