Responsibilities:

• Install, analyze, configure and provide technical support on Cisco routers, switches and network;
• Provide support to office’s IT hardware & software; handle help desk support requests;
• Regularly setup and monitor servers, maintain the assets control of IT hardware & software (licenses);
• Need to provide on-call support after office hour.
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in System & Network Support area;
• Good Knowledge of Linux;
  
• Experience in Cisco TCP / IP networking and system components;
• Experience in Cisco network configuration and security including VPN, NAT, Access Control, QoS;
• Experience in administration & configuration skill on VMware, Windows 2000/2003 Server environment, Active Directory infrastructure;
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferred;
• Able to work under pressure, a good team player, work independently and self-initiative with pleasant working attitude;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
