Job Description
Our client is a global information technology solution provider with a strong presence in Asian markets. They are seeking an IT professional providing first-line support for PCs & workstations in their technical support team
The Job:
- Provide first-line support for PCs, printers, email system & all IT related facilities
- Setting up & installing computer work stations
- Problem solving network & computer issues
- Communicate effectively with operation staffs regarding computer programs & operating system via telephone, e-mail or in-person
The Person:
- Diploma in Computer Science with relevant experience in sizeable international company
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Platform (XP/7/2003/2008/2012)
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system & networks
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & problem-solving environment
The Benefit:
- Salary at HK$15,000
