Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in market research field
• Familiar with external market and trends analysis
• Knowledge of social media monitoring and data analytics is a definite advantage
• Strong passion for the Internet and latest digital trends is essential
• Good communication, analytical and report writing skills with strong business acumen
• Good team player, proactive and able to work independently
• Proven English proficiency
• Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office and statistical software

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on latest digital and social media trends & best practices, online public opinion or other related studies
• Compile reports to provide findings, insights and recommendations for management or other business units of the Group
• Support the formulation and maintenance of social intelligence model, including integration of social, enterprise and research data, social media monitoring and research methodologies, etc
• Liaise and coordinate with external vendors/agencies to collect useful data for analysis
• Support other digital marketing projects and studies

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Research Officer.)
